We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on Marketing4Makers. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 14 days of the date you purchased the course.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or the email used at checkout) is required.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at ivan@marketing4makers.co with your order number and the reason for your request.
- We'll review your request and confirm the outcome by email within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Access After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your access to the course content will be revoked.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within 7 business days of our confirmation, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary on their end. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at ivan@marketing4makers.co.
